I have been in the Walgreens pharmacy drive thru since 5pm. I have been sitting in line, trapped for over an hour. It is now 6:08pm, for over 45 minutes there has been ONE car in front of me not moving. Why aren’t they helping this customer? Why aren’t they telling them to please pull around or come back until their prescription is ready? Are they inside not working? I am trapped with a car in front of me, a whole line of cars behind me, the building and poles on either side of me. My prescription has been ready for hours, but I am forced to wait in this line because somebody is clearly incompetent. They should have better policies in place to avoid this unnecessary entrapment.

Rude. You are losing customers that pay your checks. It doesn’t make sense.

It’s probably not a good idea to tell a person who is taking a “controlled substance” “look, I don’t think you understand.”
Been there three times. Twice they have been rude. I know you are busy but if you can’t handle the stress then work somewhere less stressful.

Man I just can't do it anymore. I live very close to this store so I shop there probably way too often. Most of the staff is cool, but there is one guy that is literally unbearable to interact with - redhead with a beard. For months I tried to just be cordial to him as he vented way too many of his personal problems to me every time I went in. To the point I started trying to dodge him when I thought he would be there. But as time went on it got worse and worse. Then one day he asked me for my number and I declined. Then he literally argued with me about it.
Next time I went in, this man literally reached across the counter and before I had time to react he stuck his cheek against my cheek and pulled me in for a hug. He started calling me "gorgeous" and "beautiful" and "friend" as pet names when I walked in the building. Then he tried to act like he had texted me something one time and then acted surprised that I didn't have his number. Then said "well if you would ever give me yours I could text you." Did the cheek thing another time but when he was standing in the middle of the walkway.
I started getting spooked to go in there at night because he would follow me around the store trying to talk to me. Even when I had my daughter with me and she asked if we could just leave. The last time he tried to hug me, I jumped back and told him I don't like to be touched. Still, he continued to badger me when I came in.
I brought my son in with me one night because he's much bigger than me - thinking the guy would leave me alone if he saw him, and it kind of worked because he was a lot milder. Finally I got the nerve up to tell him he makes me uncomfortable, I'm not his friend, I don't want him to touch me, and I would rather not talk to him when I come in.
Well now the last 3x I went in there, he was really rude to me. Tonight I had to run in 20min before they closed because my son came down with a sinus infection and needed some cold medicine, plus I grabbed a couple Halloween things. I had to read a bunch of bottles to find the right combination of ingredients so it took me a few minutes.
This man shouted at me as soon as I walked in the door "we're closing in 21 minutes!" Then the other guy started giving 5 min time checks over the intercom and I was the only customer in the building. Got to the front and took like 15 seconds to pick a bag of candy corn and Yanni was banging his fist on the counter really loud repetitively and grinning at the other employee saying something like "oh you want me to come pound on you too" (to the other guy, not me). I'm not even trying to be a Karen but I'm just gonna have to go somewhere else from now on. I can't be the only one that feels super uncomfortable around this guy.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. The gentleman (his name starts with a “Y”) that was working the check out and photos area was very rude. My mom was simply just asking a question about the process of printing some pictures, and he responded back with a VERY smart/ rude comment. I understand it is a little busy, but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to your customers.

I'll give 5 * . Compared to the other Walgreens I've used in Huntsville,in the past. The staff is very friendly. Pharmacy is quick when staffed sufficiently . They have sportsvmore cards than any other in town also.

Avoid the drive thru at all costs. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes if there are more than two vehicles in the line.

Outwards appearance is okay...
But the workings and employees are not very attentive, nor do I think they care about people at all!
I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy. Unreliable, takes too long to get scripts filled, sign says open at 7a but they open at 8a

Five stars for Asia and and Carey. Give these ladies a raise! I came in hoping this was like a regular FedEx, but it was not, but it was ok because they were super friendly and helped me navigate the process. Thanks, again!
