I've said it before and I'll say it again this place SUCKS! No cashiers, long lines at the self-check out with the same machines being out of order for weeks on either side of the store. Instead of building new stores, Walmart ought to invest in people and IT infrastructure. HORRIBLE!

Let me start by saying, plus size ladies deserve to dress nice too and not look like they are wearing wallpaper. Second why is it now that half the stuff isn't priced. I'm not buying anything that's not got a price on it.

My only ask Walmart, is to quite stopping me (and other customers) at the freaking door and checking my receipt to see if I paid for a $5 case of water. You guys are a billion dollar company. Stop wasting peoples time over a case of water. You should have a set dollar amount that determines whether you check a receipt or not. (For example, if something looks like it's over $50). Just because it doesn't fit in a bag, doesn't mean I didn't pay for it.

Walmart Madison Store-8650 Madison Blvd, Grocery pickup and delivery. I've been ordering delivery for a year do to Covid 19. In the last month, my local store has been really dropping the ball. I had late deliveries that I've asked for a refund on the "express fee" but never had it taken off. This has happened multiple times. I had orders canceled because they didn't have a driver at the last minute, then had the canceled order show up 3-4 hrs later and still got charged the express fee. Yes, I've called, they assured me it would be removed from the final debited. uh huh, just like all the others, the fee was never removed. I will not continue to pay for a service I'm not getting. So long Walmart. Kroger and Publix have so far been great. Former Walmart customer.

I had my first Covid vaccine shot today at Walmart and it was a fantastic experience. They were very organized and had a separate consultation/vaccine room to provide shots. The vaccinator was very efficient and effective. The entire process of check-in, shot, and observation took less than 20 minutes.

I tried to buy my daughter a little top and pants outfit at this WalMart today and it was literally confiscated at the cash register! The cashier went off to see why it wouldn't ring up and came back without it and told me I couldn't buy it because it's for a Black Friday sale ONLY. It was on the sales floor! I had seen the same outfit there last week. Has the whole world gone MAD? Another time I wanted to buy a poster board there but it didn't have a price on it, and the cashier in the self checkout said she couldn't look the price up for me and walked off, so I didn't buy it because I couldn't scan it. I guess they sell enough stuff it's ok to let customers not buy what they came for??? What the heck??? Tried to call and complain and no one would even answer the phone.

I went to this Walmart Tuesday April 7th, I had seen that Walmart was taking all these precautions to keep people safe, Lines showing 6 ft distance, employees wearing mask, people at the door counting the people that went in and limiting the number in the store plus other things they were doing. I guess the manager of this store did not get the message, there was no one at the door counting people, the grocery dept was crowded the Isles were not marked one way as advertised, people in front of you beside you and behind, the employees that shop for people for curb pickup would stop right beside you reaching in front of you for items, in the meat dept. a employee came up right beside me and while I was trying to pick out meat he was putting out meat almost up against me. No employees were wearing mask, I thought at least the person checking you out would have one on. Then they came out and opened up another register and with 12 registers open they open the one right beside where you are checking out and this put people right behind you within 1 or 2 ft of you. It was a disaster, I will not go back to this store again.

Never doing pickup here again! Last time I waited an hour and a half, but I assumed it was just a fluke. Today I'm waiting another hour! I've called the number listed and the regular Walmart number, no answers. Guy finally comes to my window to tell me he still has more orders ahead of me, I'm ready for a refund, what a waste of time I could have been in and out of the store myself by now. Ridiculous.

PICKUP-I places my order on Friday for a Saturday 8:00am pickup. I arrived at 8:05 and the parking slots for pickup were empty. I called and they stated they were running behind by 30 minutes and asked if I would like to come back. I told them no as I had just drove 30 minutes to get here. I checked the app and it states they are extra busy today and my order is delayed. The only reason I came here is because it let me order 10 packages of water and they don't ever carry it!

Decided to try my first ever grocery pick up and please use this as your warning to NEVER DO IT. My order was supposed to be ready on Tuesday by 5, but was delayed until 6:30 pm. This Walmart is by my work instead of my house so i couldn't wait that long to get it. So I came the next day instead and have been sitting here going on 30 minutes waiting for my order. What a complete unorganized MESS. I will NEVER do this again. Worst Walmart ever.

The worst managed store in the Huntsville area by far. It's Saturday just before noon and there are only three non-self-check registers open. This would be fine except there are 7-8 people waiting in each line. Free associates walking all around. There are 20 registers in this store. Why? Why not just build three if that's all you're going to use? And if that weren't bad enough, the cashiers act like they would rather be somewhere else. Probably mad they aren't getting $15/hour minimum wage. BTW.... this is not the first time. This store is habitually under supervised.

Not a good experience at the Tire Center. I've been here 4 times in the last 6 days attempting to get 2 flat tires fixed on my Lexus SUV. I bought 4 tires at Walmart in July 2016 & bought the warranty. Visit 1- they did an oil change, added air to my tires, & SAID they plugged my tires. Service took 5 hours. I woke up the next morning with 2 flat tires. Visit 2- Paid for a new rear tire. I go to sleep & wake up with a flat front tire. *sigh* Visit 3- They finally locate a nail in my front tire & plug it. Takes a few hours. I leave....and woke up to a flat tire....Again. Visit 4- Here I sit in the waiting room. I'm pretty much begging for a new replacement tire as these plugs aren't working. I've maxed out my tows with Triple A & purchased a $50 portable air compressor so I don't get stranded with a flat tire again. I've been in their waiting room 2 hours, on a Monday at 3 pm, there are only 2 other cars in the garage, but It appears no one is working on fixing/replacing my tire. They are severely under staffed. 6 customers are standing at the counter to pay & retrieve their car keys. Often the counter is completely unattended. I should know. I've been here four times this week, and each time I'm here 3 to 5 hours. Each time I've seen my car get completed & driven out of the garage, I jump up excitedly to pay (and leave!) but there's no cashier at the counter. You can't flag down one of the 2 mechanics as they're busy working on cars. Walmart should invest in a cashier back here or they're at risk for people just grabbing their keys & driving off without paying. There is room for improvement here. Honestly I'd go to Pep Boys across the street if I didn't have a warranty here at Walmart I'm praying they will replace my tire & not just give me another faulty plug. **Update. Just woke up to a flat tire for the 5th day in a row. The plug didn't work. I begged for a new tire but they keep giving me plugs under my roadside warranty. Sigh.***

I'm standing here after asking 3 different people for help in the electronics section and for the past 30 minutes they've just said we'll find someone. Then they announced it over the intercom and the same people started laughing in the other aisle. I understand if you can't help at this time, but you don't have to stand around and laugh and make fun of your customers. That's just rude and I didn't think that was the kind of business you were running.

NICE! I don't normally purchase food or produce at Walmart but when on vacation, it is an option. This particular center is just minutes from our hotel so it was easy to stop in for water and other provisions. We visited a couple of times and each time they were adequately staffed and we were able to exit without difficulty. I found this store to be clean, spacious and very orderly. When the associates were putting items away, they did so from bins and shelves so there was no mess in the aisles. This was greatly appreciated. This store also has a gas station located out front where unleaded is currently $2.11 like ten years ago in Georgia!

The lady at the jewelry counter around the Christmas holiday was very rude, didn't wanted to wait on me,kept looking at her watch. When she had seem that I was highly upset she then ask me what I need.I had spent 500 that time.I told her that she made a sell.I told my customers about the older lady with the black hair.If you go to the jewelry counter and she her do not go to her because she have a very nasty attitude. I went back to buy a ring when I ask her can it and that I was going to pay for it,she told why I am buying it, I already have it.Now when I see that Helfer in my store instead of greeting her and helping her like I used to do I turn my head. The sad part I have been knowing this devil for years.god bless her,she needs prayer!
