The product is of good quality, customer service (answer thephone and speaking witha rep) is professional. The flip side of this however is the time it takes to get the service request you have. The resolution time is slow and the communication there could be improved. Overall the product is worth the purchase just need to work on the response time when repairs or service request are outstanding.

We came across Wolde by happenstance, when searching for tile for our bathroom project. We were introduced to Amy and she was able to listen to what we were looking for and then made suggestions. They made the order process very easy, and when we needed to order more material, they handled that very quickly, so we could keep our project moving forward. We will use them in the future for additional projects.

STAY AWAY FROM WOLDE!!! They installed the wood floors, bathroom tile floors, shower tile, carpet and countertops in our new home. I wish it would’ve been anyone else. Our wood floors are falling apart, boards are delaminating and have gaps all across our home. Our bathroom tiles are cracking and some are even missing grout between them. They came out once to fix the tiles and only made the situation worse. The warranty rep gave me his number which I thought was promising but has never responded to any messages and they have all been polite. It’s clear that customer service and craftsmanship aren’t high on their priority list. They just install as many floors and counters as possible to make a buck and take no pride in their work. I guess if I ever want a break from the real world I’ll get a part time job at Wolde so I can be free of responsibilities and accountability.

We love the new master bedroom porcelain tile shower. It is beautiful. Everyone involved from Wolde was very helpful and professional. A great experience from bid process to job completion. Of course we all like to complain about price, but I obtained many bids and Wolde was competitively priced and I believe to be a great value based on the end result. Thank you for a great job everyone!

Counters(granite) got very blotched, they came out saw the problem, probably didn’t seal them. Gave us the run around for months, with zero intention of ever offering a solution or changing counters. Never deal with them again. We were nice, they didn’t care about customer satisfaction
