“There’s not much information available about the history of the Post Office located at 100 Bates Lake Road in Malcolm, Alabama. This USPS branch is a small building located in a sparsely populated area of Washington County, along U.S. Route 43. Although old, this USPS building serves the community well and has a classic blue mail drop box outside, which has been heavily weathered by decades of standing up to the elements.”
