Tekpak Inc. has very friendly and helpful staff. Unloading is fast, taking about an hour. The docks are located behind the building, accessed by a skinny road. There is overnight parking to the right, before the yellow gates. Drivers must not park in the lighted employee lot in front or in the small area at the back. Check-in is required, either at the front office or at a sign in the back. The location is way out in the sticks, which is quiet for sleeping. It is advised not to trust Google maps for directions and to ensure trailers are clean and dry.

Very nice folks,was in n out,place is a little funky to get in off 5 if you try to go to Washington, turn before it because Washington goes over 5 no ramp from the north

ON parking available. Took almost 3 hours. But pretty fast. Check in at this door

-First come first serve
-Start from 7am.
Overnight parking for few trucks
-If you ask they allow you use their restroom .
-Friendly staff.
-trailer must be clean
Super slow loading, check in 7 am now 10:50 still waiting.
