Ordered printed item online. Had it completed before original deadline, good thing. But, went to pick it up, and it was put together backwards. Then redo did not have all the pages, 24 out of 104. Next try, had 102 pages, then finally the 4th try had it completed. And, never once did they say, "I apologize." The staff(particularly one employee) acted like it was such a inconvenience to her. Very BAD ATTITUDE! And, I told her I did not appreciate it. And, the employees never once checked my item to see if it was correct, before they spiral-cut the holes and put plastic covers on front and back and connected spiral binder to my product. They wasted a lot of material that they didn't have to. Will not go back to this location.

I would leave a 0 if I could. Hey fedex when is says signature upon delivery that's because it needs to not be left at the door......... So how do you think I felt when I about tripped at my door going outside because my package was left in front of it. Your delivery person didn't even knock to let me know it was outside. This is the 3rd time this has happened with yall. All 3 deliveries had signature required and not only did they not get the signature but they didn't even try and deliver it to me. A 600 dollar package just left. Oh and it wasn't even expected to tomorrow. I appreciate it fedex. Thank God it wasn't stolen from my front door. That would have been pathetic on your part seeing how I was inside the whole time.
