Store was dirty, fountain drink station broke and nasty. Usually this is a nice stop but it wasn’t up to standard the last two times we stopped here.

Was there to buy ‘SILVER MENTHOL’ instead of silver she gave me regular menthol I left store and outside opened door and open pack,i found out she sells me wrong one within 10 seconds go back inside to complaint and return but she denied to accept and instead of exchange or refund she and other guy blame me that it was my responsibility to check if its correct one before opening seal and argue with me.
If store manager reading this i request you to please check camera recording and take necessary action.🙏
How its my fault if cashier give me wrong product and i went out of store to smoke and open pack coz i can’t smoke inside of store

Me and wife stopped at this loves needing a steer tire I wanna say the night shift tire guy I think his name is Joseph I could be wrong, He’s young kid with long hair, He is very proficient at his job I was surprised when he started on my tire and 20 minutes later he was done! I’ve never had any tire shop replace a tire that fast, I will definitely be back to see him when I need more tires.

Always enjoy stopping at the Love's this love let me down at the fuel our the squeegees was broke come on guys we can do better than that bayou customers yes I took the sticks and I threw them at your door front, very disappointed on this people very nice 👍 I didn't enjoy my visit

This place is well below the high standards set by most of the loves stores that I have visited in my trucking career, which has taken me from coast to coast. Seems like the employees are totally unconcerned about service. Then I read some of the other reviews. Some of the same stuff I experienced! Pretty sad...

Half the pads on the fuel island aren’t working, you’ll have to go inside, pump 20 wouldn’t pump so I had to go to another pump, then the DEF kept clicking and couldn’t get anything out of that, so I’m off to the next Loves to get DEF, this fuel island is trashed 🙄

The Treatment at this Love’s Location is poor.I fueled My truck and spent the night here.come to get a shower.The Employee told me It takes an hour or More.the Employee was not happy when Seen you to get a Service.please Learn from another Loves Location.

Melissa was so nice! Thank you so much for all of your help navigating the rewards app and showering safely. I appreciate it so much. The showers are spotless clean and the water runs hot- just let it warm up for a second. Excellent water pressure. Thank you for being a safe place to shower!
I always bring my own towel and soap. I like to wipe down everything before I leave with their provided towels.
You are supposed to dispose your own towels and trash! Leave it nice for the next people in case they don't have time to clean it perfect before the next trucker comes in.
Best public showers in Birmingham. Let's keep it that way, boys.

At the fuel counter getting fuel, she couldn’t stay off her phone one second went into McDonald’s ordered food. She couldn’t stay off her phone for one second.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at this Love’s. I waited over three hours just to get a tire changed on my trailer. When I finally went to ask what was taking so long, the manager told me I had to keep waiting because he didn’t know when the staff would show up for work.
What’s worse is the way he spoke to me—extremely rude and disrespectful, as if he was doing me a favor instead of doing his job.
As a truck driver who has spent years working hard on the road to help keep this country moving, I expect at least a basic level of respect and customer service.
What is happening to human decency, to good service, to treating people with dignity?
This experience has left me deeply disappointed in this Love’s location.
