Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I was yelled at, shamed, & degraded for my outfit by your employee. She then Proceeded to ask another male customer to take a picture of my backside… Refused to give me the corporate number or to let me speak with a manager when I called, then threatened to send me to jail, & hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate.

This employee harassed a customer who was fully dressed in shorts and a baggy shirt telling her to never come in there dressed like that again while being harassed and berated when she told male customers to harass her and take pictures and shame her when all she did was come get gas. Methany here said she wasn't welcome back and that she'd be there all week but I think corporate might have other plans for her.

The cashier lady doing a great good in spite of rude customers. She deals with the craziest ppl and handles it very well. She respectable and straight to the point. Need more like her 💯

Made a $15 charge here on my Shell credit card, and no more the 10 minutes later, I get a call from Shell asking me if I made a separate $95 charge at this station in addition to the $15 charge. SUSPICIOUS???....WHAT DO YOU THINK?????

After ordering a pizza 35mins out and not only was it not ready she stopped more than once preparing it to cook while I was standing and waiting for it. I had to be at work so I ordered it so early. Please hire someone who has the ability to do the job needed

Tap to pay doesn't work. Card readers never work. Why I continue to stop here only to go across the street, I don't know. This gas station used to have all pumps full. Now, empty. There's a reason why! Fix your equipment.
