When a family broke down on the highway, the owners and others came to their rescue, towing their trailer, opening the doors after closing, and feeding them hamburgers, fries, drinks, and ice cream. In another instance, staff picked up a family from a gas station and checked on them, while others helped fix a car alternator. Their kindness and generosity made a lasting impact, and the food is wonderful, but the people behind it are even better.
