About Veterans Park
Veterans Park is a lovely and very nice park with lots of open green space. It features a scenic fishing lake with a dock, walking paths, and a solid trail. The park offers pickleball courts, sand volleyball, a kids play area, and a playground with levels for all ages. There are also pavilions with picnic tables, a workout area, restrooms, and water fountains. It is maintained very well and has something for everyone, making it a wonderful place to bring the family.

Very nice and well maintained park. I go almost daily to walk. The only downside I found the lights do not switch on at night. Don’t know if it’s because they don’t want people to visit or loiter at night. Several different courts, volleyball courts, pavilion, playground, and I also see people fishing.

I haven't been inside the ground sfor months bc my husband won't meet me there anymore to see our son. He did throw me out of the moving car on Sunday night last week. I was screaming and there wasn't a soul in sight.

Veterans park is such an amazing place to go walk, run the trails and play on the playground. It has a massive playground and my kids love it. My kids run there with their XC teams and there are so many trails to do. I highly recommend to families in the Birmingham area
