Cheri in the pharmacy is amazing. I had some insurance issues and a lot of refill requests. She was patient, kind and professional. She helped me in a timely manner.

I am an xtracare member so i shop at cvs a lot. Went here today to look at Halloween decorations on my way home from a trip. When we pull up I see the outside signage is literally peeling off the walls so I wasn’t expecting much. There were no trash cans and I had an empty can to throw away so when I walked by an open door (the store office) with a trash can I dropped it in. I never stepped in the room which I’m pretty sure shouldn’t be open. The cashier (manager?) started yelling at me from across the store. Even after I explained I just dropped it in the can he kept muttering something to himself. It was completely rude and uncalled for. He was unnecessarily hostile and the store lost a sale because of it. I understand everyone has bad days but customer service comes first when you work in retail. Always.

I absolutely love this CVS! The man in there, and u wish I remembered his name, has completely turned my feelings for CVS around. He showed me how CVS benefits me and how to save money on everyday things. He is always pleasant to speak to, just kind hearted, down to earth awesome human being. This is the CVS you need to use, it is worth the drive from where ever you usually go.

I would give this store zero stars if possible and it’s all due to the pharmacy, I have never experienced calling a pharmacy to get a prescription filled and you can not talk to anyone you have to leave a message and they will call you back! That is insane every other pharmacy in the world answers their phone and CVS isn’t as busy as any other pharmacy THAT IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. This will be my last time getting anything filled here . I am not sure when and why CVS is doing this but this is not good customer service at all. It is a huge inconvenience.

Process and human issues impact customers
Methylphenidate meds always out of stock
Staff is often rude and uncaring
Make you feel bad if you can’t afford the meds; move to a special line; come back later, etc.
I often use Good Rx just to be able to afford my sons meds; they need a better process for that
Only decent part is the young male pharmacist; he often gets involved to help work out issues that I think the staff should manage

JT is an outstanding pharmacist! He consistently goes above and beyond, providing exceptional care and service to customers. His professionalism and dedication make him stand out as one of the best in the field.
However, some of the pharmacy technicians could improve their efficiency when assisting customers. There have been instances where the response time to questions or requests has been slower than expected, which can lead to longer wait times. Addressing this issue could significantly enhance the overall customer experience and better complement JT’s excellent service.
