I came to this store to drop off some used oil and they didn't accept it. On the door there's a pretty big sign that says they recycle oil.😔😔

Evertime I go in they give me just what I need. Customer satisfaction . They are all so helpful especially Dominique she knows just what I need even when I’m not sure. Great customer service . Will be back

My check engine light came on. I'm far from home. So I go to the neighborhood friendly autoz for a quick diagnostic test. We'll the worker that was at the counter names Dominique. I observed her take 3 calls and she was very rude with the customers. So rude. I was like NOPE I'm not dealing with that. She showed signs of aggravation just because the customer said the wrong trim of the vehicle. Her tone was very unprofessional. She was waving her hands and arms around. I will not return to this store.

The opening of the store states 0700 hrs on the internet, app, and door placard. It is currently 0722 hrs as I am typing this and the store isn’t open. Time is precious AND expensive. Do better.
