This is the worst experience at this location of midfield Alabama ever.My two
Kids and myself came in with our cups the cashier assumed that we had already gotten our slushies which was incorrect. She said the only thing you can get for free is water and ice .she was very rude and don’t need a job working with the public the time was 5:20 pm and she need to be fired

Where do I start. Coffee machines never work properly. Always looks like a party location no ryme or reason. Mornings can be horrible there, and can be impossible to navigate. Sometimes you will have people walking around doing nothing but having conversations and these are customers who aren't going to buy anything just there to hang out. This is one reason they have armed security at night there.

I would come in during the daytime but people there have nasty attitude. But I love your night cashier she keep that store cleaning and running. And she also gets those customers together #BigRedd best cashier

They always have what I need. There ATM is free on ebt cards. I know it's free when I use the ATM here at circle K with Navy Federal credit union. You would need to check your card. I've signed up for text messages on different items and discounts n fun Lil games they send for free coffee or other stuff that's cool. So I would recommend

What happened to the short cashier, she always gave great customer service!!! I’m short on money till pay day and I tried to do a split transaction on 2 cards and clerk today said they don’t do that here. Funny, cause they always had before!

They are completely out of fountain drink cups. Went there especially because I liked their coffee station and they have cube ice and crushed ice for my Pepsi. They have been out of cold cream for several days now. The little cups of flavored imitation cream was extremely low. They should do a deep cleaning before refilling it. It shows they aren't disinfecting everything like they should in this Covid-19 era. I asked the cashier "what's the deal with the cup situation?" Her slick reply was: " We are out of them". "Yeah Sherlock! I saw the signs you have over there! When do you expect to rectify the shortage?" First she said Wednesday, then said later today if he goes to another store? Let me get this straight?! The manager could have simply went to another corporate store to get cups instead of making 100 signs to put up?! Will he get some cream and Lysol too? Why do people half do stuff in the hood, they would never try in the suburbs? That is the only 24 store in the area so they are busy 24/7. There is no excuse for this. But I didn't want to have words with the powder blue weaved, slick mouth cashier, that's why I didn't go to McDonald's, so I just made a mental note to take my business elsewhere.
