This is my personal favorite quick mart/gas station just because it's close by and the people working there are friendly. Their lunches are good and inexpensive. It's safe to walk there. No worries.

Here's the thing. You are community convenience. BE for the community and not against or make your regular patrons feel appreciated and not any other way. I've heard to many stories.
