Metro experience in Midfield, has been the worst cell phone carrier, charge you to pay in store, myale friend decided to pay my bill for August, not knowing I paid it already, of course metro didn't tell him, representative entered the wrong phone number by mistake, he said we might be charged $12 extra fee,on' next bill, the 611 foreign representative talk too fast, she had on filed that I asked for an extension, in which I never asked for or mentioned then she ( it's always the foreign females) repeat your name 50 times during transaction..annoying!!! Can't hear well, the in store rep..(Tony) had to repeat information to her at least twice, have to hang up, then call back has lied twice to add credit to my account within 24 hours, it has been a month now..no credit added, not trustworthy..just keep payment, turned my phone off and ask for another payment, have service on for September, Rotten Deal! 😲👎

The service was excellent. Very detailed about everything and self explanatory about the phone selections and pricing. I highly recommend this store for this specific area.
