Today was my last day ever shopping at the Shell Station in Midland City across from Midtown Motors. The owners wife pretty much robbed me today. I paid for gas and the pump was not working and she told me since i hung the pump back up the money was refunded to my card and i would have to purchase gas again. I deal with card transactions daily and I knew my card hadn't been refunded which i showed her on my bank account. I work too hard and gas is high enough already and to hand my bank info to a well known establishment like Shell and to have money taken from me with a oh well attitude is unacceptable and I'll never give this location my business ever again and possibly all other Shell locations

It was raining today but more than one car as soon as I got gas I was only I got gas five dollars worth because I normally don’t use that gas station but I got right up the street one not even a mile and my car is on the side of the road right right now. I had somebody look at it and they said that there was water in The gas that I had just put in my car if this has happened to you please email me so that I can figure out how we are gonna get our money back for this.

Attendant speaks no english. Not a problem until you have to pre-pay because the pumps are broken. Then he doesn't know dollars from gallons.

Do NOT get diesel here. Truck became possessed until it flushed out and was replaced. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the people were nice when I went into the store. Save your vehicle and look for gas or fuel elsewhere.

DONT STOP!!! I would advise you to stop at ANY OTHER GAS STATIONS EXCEPT THEM. They are rude. And the cashiers steal. Dont bother calling any of the managers or corporate in abbeville. they wont do anything to resolve any issues or concerns. If I could give no stars I would, but i have to put at least 1.

Bathrooms as expected, relatively clean for a gas station bathroom!!
Manager on duty, Kathy, was so unbelievably amicable and friendly! I enjoyed our fill up here and would recommend to all based on Kathy’s customer service!!
Gas prices were also cheaper than almost anywhere else we saw (unleaded)!!
Thanks Kathy for brightening our brief stop on a 30-hour drive!
