I've had a unit for around six years. We use it to store clothing for our ministry. I have had no problems with the unit or the staff. The manager at Ark Storage could not be more friendly. There are four security cameras outside at the front door of the climate controlled units. There are additional security cameras on every aisle within the overall climate controlled area. The doors are locked and you have to have a security access card in order to even get into the building. The price is one of the lowest in the area for the size you are getting along with the AC. I highly recommend! About a month ago they started closing the security gate that was already on the premises. Which is now accessed by a security code.

No gate, no cameras. Unit was broken into and I lost most of my belongings.
