Denise was so helpful and welcoming to this newcomer. Went in searching for a replacement pair of vintage floor speakers and she was able to answer many questions about trades and satisfaction policies on their equipment. Definitely will be returning there soon.

Overpriced. If you try to sell them anything they low-ball without even knowing what the record is. Unfriendly, definitely not like the record shops back in the day where you could hang out and talk music They literally don't have the knowledge of the music they sell Dude always acts like I'm trying to rip him off by asking a fair price. Just don't bring him anything good cause he don't even care to consider a decent price. He will find the lowest priced sold on ebay completed listings like he don't know that popsike exist. When I start my vinyl shop I will use this place as an example of what not to do.

Great service by even greater people. Solved my issues in an hour that I'd been trying to fix for a week. No reason to go anywhere else for your amp, turntable, or any other audio needs.

They have a very wide selection of records, though, the prices are high for some. They have sales and deals every now and then. The workers are nice. Nice to have a music store in Prattville.

That store is awesome great customer service outstanding selection owner knows his stuff. Very mellow laid back vibe walking in have done business in the past with him before extremely nice people that work there. Friendly help plenty of free parking. Would rate a 20 / 20 if I could highly recommend them for anyone looking for vinyl records tapes or a turntable set up they have you covered in all aspects of the amazing world of vinyl records ???
