“Fast, efficient, and smooth experience. The lady that assisted me had a beautiful smile on the whole time, and she was honestly eager to assist the customers. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the building and was expressed with gratitude as soon as I was handed my card. My card’s expiration date was this month and it was the first time that my new card was brought to me instead of over the counter. Although this small action might not be noticeable, it really makes a difference when there is the elongated front desk as a barrier between the employee and customer.”
