Most the time when I come here it's always friendly fast service. Today june 5th, 2024 around 1:35 I went in to buy some nicotine lozenges and the lady (i saw on her badge she was a manager) asked if I had a cvs number with them I said no and she kept pushing me to sign up spent three minutes telling her no before I got aggravated and she spent a solid minute and a half staring at my license before putting my birthday in. When I went to leave I said thank you and left. I have never had this kind of interaction with anyone there until her. I will be coming back but if she is there I'm spending my money elsewhere. She was unprofessional and rude definitely not someone I would let be a manager.

To the pharmacist on duty at the cvs in millbrook, I understand that you guys close in thirty minutes. It’s not my fault Walmart took forever to type in my scrip and then took forever to reach out to me letting me know they could not fill it. I understand I called you two hours ago to get the prescription for my glucose monitor transferred. However refusing to fill my prescription until my over worked obgyn office can get back to you with a diagnosis code when you can look it up in less than two minutes is a bit absurd. It two me two and a half minutes to find the dignosis code per my insurance to cover the meter, strips and lancets. I appreciate you taking the time out and trying to get this done even though you told me it wouldn’t be till after 9am tomorrow. However if you would have spent two more minutes we could have gotten it done tonight, and I would have been able to sleep and wake up feeling less stressed as a expecting mother going through this for the first time. I used to work in the pharmacy, I know how it works. I wouldn’t have given up that easy as a tech & you as the pharmacist shouldn’t have either. I could not tell you how many hours I’ve spent on the phone fighting with Medicare to cover certain things for certain patients but I did for them. Do better ?

Everytime since I changed to this pharmacy they either don't have my medication and I have to wait or they have part of the prescription. Too bad my life depends on my medication and the fact of the matter is how many other people are dealing with the same issue. Terrible ?

This store is Definitely a pleasantly place to shop! The sales associates are pleasant and helpful, the Pharmacy techs are cheerful and pleasant. The Pharmacist has a great attitude and wonderful disposition! They are ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP!! THANK YOU!!

Very RUDE!!!!! PHARMACY used to be great, but with the new crew is extremely rude & unhelpful. They act like they hate their job and the customers they serve. And be careful trying to use a coupon or good RX, you are really going to be treated bad.

I went to pick up my medicine with an America's pharmacy discount card. The pharmacist (dark headed girl) was very rude, and short with me, and she said since it was only 30 cents, she wasn't allowing me to use the discount. 30 cents might not be much to you, but any savings, is just that, savings. I will never go here again.keep your 30cents...

was really surprised with how unbelievably rude the pharmacist was. apparently she had a problem that we were trying to keep a little bit of distance inbetween us due to covid. my grandmother is in stage 4 of lung cancer and would not survive if she got covid so my family and I are doing our best to make sure we do not expose her to it. out of no where the lady asks if theres any particular reason we parked with a distance from the window (drive through, and they have a wall built so it's not like we could actually of gotten too far away) and we said just trying to be safe because of covid, which she replied well i'm touching everything you're about to get so you're actually just making things difficult and walked away. so we're just sitting there waiting on her to come back with the medicine kind of in disbelief of the attitude we just received, and finally my husband looks up and sees she has placed the medicine on the edge of the window and walked off again, so rather than handing us the prescription or even just letting us know it was ready, my husband had to get out the car to get it. it was just her whole attitude that threw us off, completely uncalled for. and at the time the last we heard from the cdc was that covid wasn't primarily being transferred through touching objects but through droplets passed through the air. shouldn't get mad at customers for trying to take precautions especially when they haven't been rude to you and you have no idea why they feel they need to take those precautions, I'm just trying to protect my grandmother!
