I alway have a great experience at Gibson tires. I’ve used them exclusively for 20 years now. Besides tires and alignment, they’ve done suspension up grades, and completely rebuilt front end. Their quotes are always on the mark!

On 9/25/23 I had to have my 1998 ford f-150 towed because the anti theft alarm system wouldn't deactivate and the truck wouldn't start, on 9/22/23 Gibson fixed an electrical problen on the truck and it my belief the anti theft alarm problem is related I had the truck towed back to Gibson tire pros on hwy 14 Millbrook. I'm waiting for diagnosis on truck now.
On 9/26/23 Gibson tire pros was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, now everything is working fine. Five stars for Richard and Gibson tire pros. Thank you guy's

I was a first time customer and will be a repeat customer. The people that I had interaction with were nice and polite, even the person I spoke with on the phone when calling different places inquiring about prices. Check in was the fastest I have ever experienced at a tire/ auto repair store. My alignment took about an hour even though they were busy first thing in the morning. The price quoted was the same price I was charged. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need my vehicle repaired.

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a tire repair. Was there at opening and was told they’d get my vehicle right in. It didn’t get pulled in till after an hour of waiting. Also double the price from what I love paid at Firestone for a repair and took triple the time it takes there.
