I'd give them infinity stars. By far the best customer service ever!!!!!! They have a great selection of boots.Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back . Y'all go check em out,thank y'all for the awesome service!!!

Worst customer service ever since the older black guy past away (RIP) he should’ve been a manager most helpful person k bar k had 2 weeks ago I bought a pair of Ariat work boots wore them twice the boot around the toe part rubs my feet and I can’t stand to walk in them brought them back to the store which I buy a pair every year and it’s 1.5 hrs away after the lady says bring them all for him to say oh they been worn outside I can’t do nothing with them 🤬🤬🤬 which in the past with different managers had same problem they politely gave me another pair I recommend no one to shop with them the manager is a smart and don’t care nothing about customer service or the stores (repeating customers since 2011)

Bought a pair of boots, Heels and Soles of the boots fell off both left and right boot the first day due to stitching not going all the way through. Had to purchase another pair due to being out of town. K- Bar -K will not refund the price of the boots, even with the receipt. Only store credit. So now I have to keep track of a piece of paper stating the credit for a year until I need new boots.
*** I will not be going back after I use this credit!!!

Large selection of boots. Little off the beaten path but well worth the effort. Was able to browse and fine the boots I needed without an associate standing over me, but when needed they were there with needed information.
