Had a bad experience with an insurance office prior to coming to Mandi. I have been blown away by the customer service her team provides! When I call, they make me feel like I’m the most important customer they have. I would highly recommend her and her team to everyone!

I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everything concerning the coverage was explained to me and I understood what I was purchasing. The policy was written and activated in a timely manner without any issues. My experience was very good and I recommend this office to everyone looking for insurance coverage, auto or home.

Mandi and her team have been insuring my personal home, cars, business property, and office for more than 10 years. Mandi is attentive, detail-oriented, engaged, and always available. I don’t know why it still surprises me that she reaches out after a storm or event has occurred in the areas of my business or home but it does. She and her staff are exceptional on every front…ALL THE TIME.

Josh & Mandi Fortner plus their team are amazing to work with. They make it simple and easy to set up new policies. They are quick with responses to questions, getting any documentation needed and are a joy to work with. We have several policies with them for Commercial & Personal. I highly recommend them.
