No issues with this independent branch, but the automatic answering service that they have as their phone number is terrible. I have been on hold with them repeatedly for 20 minutes a time. Good luck trying to get in touch with them about anything. All I need is to be called back, and my issue resolved I will be happy to remove these reviews.

Mrs. Tammy the Manager of this location goes over and beyond for not only my personal accounts but my business accounts as well. She is always available to answer my questions. 100% recommend this location.

Husband is at basic training and I called to have his card notified that he will be using it in Texas to have access to his card because he has limited funds. There was nothing they could do even put a note on our account that he will be using it. Really inconvenient to max customers when the individual has no way to contact or has no way to access funds.

Love the set up. The people are always sweet and very helpful for me. I go in and I never keep my bank number in my head they know me noe and know to look it up first thing. Do not even have to ask. They alhave a smile on their face as well.

I do 99 percent of my banking on line, but I sometimes have to deposit cash, which means a trip to the bank. I walked in to this branch and it was full of radio and TV folks and everyone was focused on that completely. Sorry to bother anyone, but courtesy goes a long way and assuming someone can just hangout without a word being spoken to them is beyond rude. My second incident of "Being Invisible " while trying to do business.

To be fair, i did not chose Max Credit Union, they just happen to be the ones who did my vehicle loan, and i am grateful. My issue comes from the fact that every time I have gone in the branch in person the tellers look annoyed by the customers. I never feel welcome in this branch.

I had card info stolen, which has never happened to me before, and Lindsey was a HUGE help in getting everything taken care of, and so patient with all my questions! Definitely some of the best customer service I've ever gotten!

Always clean and nice. Get there 1 minute late and will close the door and lock it in your face. Horrible customer service when it comes to that. Downright rude. Outside of that great.
