“I had to go have a new debit card made due to someone trying to hack my account. (luckily, Max was super proactive, stopped the fraudulent transaction, and locked my account. So no further fraud could take place.) I had just finished up a real estate transaction down the street so I got there about 10 min before they unlocked the doors. upon entering the branch, as soon as they opened, I apologized for being THAT “annoying” customer & everyone just smiled at me so pleasantly & said “it’s okay.”
I was helped by Ashleigh T. (Asst Member Services Manager) & she was beyond helpful. She answered every single question I had, did not rush me, & I even had to go to the restroom & assumed by the time I came back out she would be with someone else but she wasn’t; she was still waiting for me. I also loved the layout of this branch & how the tellers aren’t all behind counters - it’s more open & makes things so much more personable. 10/10 ! Wish I lived closer to this branch.”
