Walmart Supercenter offers a convenient shopping experience with a wide selection of groceries and household items. Customers can order fresh groceries online, and Walmart+ members enjoy benefits like free same-day delivery and pickup. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards and provides a Freshness Guarantee for their organic produce. Shoppers can choose a pickup time that suits them, and trained associates handpick groceries, making the process easy and efficient. The Walmart Grocery app adds extra convenience by allowing customers to check in before arriving at the store, ensuring their orders are ready. The store is clean, spacious, and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find items. Most staff members are described as kind and courteous, providing prompt assistance when needed. However, some customers noted a less-than-enthusiastic attitude from a service desk employee and recommended avoiding busy times like Sunday afternoons, when shelves may be less stocked. Overall, Walmart Supercenter delivers a solid shopping experience with competitive prices and a helpful staff, making it a reliable choice for both grocery shopping and other needs.
Much better Walmart than Prattville. Shelves are better stocked & staff is friendlier! Have to get used to its layout as it's backwards from P'ville store, but that's easily done. Lots of helpful people available. Best of all--deli stays open late--unlike P'ville which has closed up as early as 3 pm on weekdays!!

Store is great; well organized, clean, and shelves stocked. Customer service is not great at all. With that being said, it may have been a bad day and all of customer service was in a bad mood today. Store is great, customer service wasn't.
