“I have been using Gipson's for years. While I did encounter an issue during my recent visit, I chose not to say anything because I figured it was due to the busy holidays. For the 1st time ever, a representative called me for a survey. Once I told the rep about my issue, another rep called on the next day to rectify the problem and the situation was made right. I am very pleased with the manager and others encountered. They were very professional & very accommodating. The manager made sure that I was aware of issues encountered with each vehicle and how the warranties worked to help me make informed decisions.”
