They start off on 2.4ghtz saying it's fast when 5g is faster. They had to come out 3x because it wouldn't work right and they didn't fix it right the first time. Their technician's attitude is crap but the lady's in the office are stellar. The cord was loose then said it was nothing wrong with it and talked to my bf like a kid. Not great. But better than having no service. Also the speeds aren't what they say they are.

Terrible! I’ve waited for them to connect internet for 6 months now after I’ve done filled out an application and they’ve ran fiber in my yard. Now I’m just waiting on “a technician to inspect the line now” which who knows how long that will take. Meanwhile, all my neighbors are getting their internet hooked up by millry while I’ve basically been placed on the back burner . Ridiculous. I will now be contacting singing river for internet because Millrys customer service is awful.

There are some good people that work for this company, then there are some like the lady I spoke to about an internet issue. She could not have been more rude & condescending than she was that day. I thought about putting her name here but didn't. Would love to know if there's a parent company I could contact though.

All the negative reviews speak for itself. Worst internet provider possible. Avoid at all cost. They have a monopoly and rob people of their money. Get starlink. I would love to see this place go out of business.

It should be against the law to charge this much money just for internet and the automated service for bill pay is horrible as well as the website and if you have to talk to someone you pull think they would be really nice as much money as they charge but NO! Employees are really short and very rude need to go thru training to learn how to speak and listen to customers. What happened to providing great customer service?? Just because your the only internet provider in this area doesn’t mean you can charge outrageous prices and provide horrible customer service.
