There are some good people that work for this company, then there are some like the lady I spoke to about an internet issue. She could not have been more rude & condescending than she was that day. I thought about putting her name here but didn't. Would love to know if there's a parent company I could contact though.

All the negative reviews speak for itself. Worst internet provider possible. Avoid at all cost. They have a monopoly and rob people of their money. Get starlink. I would love to see this place go out of business.

It should be against the law to charge this much money just for internet and the automated service for bill pay is horrible as well as the website and if you have to talk to someone you pull think they would be really nice as much money as they charge but NO! Employees are really short and very rude need to go thru training to learn how to speak and listen to customers. What happened to providing great customer service?? Just because your the only internet provider in this area doesn’t mean you can charge outrageous prices and provide horrible customer service.

I got my phone just for the internet but it never works! ? no one ever has a fix when you call they just say “ we don’t see nothing on our end I’ll send someone out” but they don’t come

Would be great if you actually got internet like you paid for. I only want it to work the 2 hrs I get before bed and after work. But one thing that is a certain and you can take to the bank is that they will take your money and not provide what they promise. Belive you should get a credit when there is no internet but then they would go broke paying people.

This service provider is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen, my phone service provider provides better internet upload, and download speed. If rating no stars was an option I would have picked it instead.

These guys charge $100 for 100/5 service in Gilbertown and I pay $80 for 1000/1000 in Oxford MS. Considering that they used government grant money to build their fiber network, that's highway robbery.For anyone reading this, I recommend you go with Starlink. It's way faster and rarely goes out. There's a little bit of upfront cost for the receiver, but you'll be happy for did. Starlink is 2-3x faster and doesn't slow down to a crawl during peak hours. Save yourself the hassle.

Big inconvenience internet turns off after business hrs for no apparent reason even though your bill is paid so you can't get any help! you have to wait until the next day just to get something done if it ain't Friday and you don't have a job. I can't stand these folks!!! A big inconvenience!
