We used them for our local move here in Matthews I couldn't be more happy Anthony managed our move from start to finish and went over and beyond they packed moved us and placed everything in every room all I had to do was unpack..... thank you so much first class movers

I used there service back in May and one of my personal items were stolen off the truck. When the movers left we checked the truck and realized an item was missing. We called the company and they were willing to help with the stolen item but never reimbursed the item that was stolen. We were given a promise that it would be taken care of but never received it. I had other colleagues moving and they chose not to go with this company due to this issue as they were waiting to see if it would be resolved. I would definitely not recommend if you are using your own truck and needing two movers. Not professional.

Would give 6 stars if we could! Could not have moved into a 4 story town home if it wasn't for these guys. They took care of all of our stuff with care. Would recommend to a friend:)

Excellent experience with First Class Movers. Anthony was able to schedule a heavy piece of furniture move on very short notice. Good communication, and on time.

I still have not gotten a resolution to their charging me twice for my move. They demanded cash before they unloaded the truck, then the next day they hit my credit card for the full amount. DO NOT use them...you will get screwed!

I am so happy to have had the pleasure of working with the great guys at First Class movers. ANTHONY MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME! He worked hard to coordinate a win for me and I had such a great experience. They went WAAAYY out of their way to help me out. It was a pleasure meeting them and the quality of the work, careful manner and extra care made me a customer for life. I am not a friend or had never met them before. I had to move in a hurry-- long story short, my ex and I had just broken up and I needed to move out of his place ASAP. It was an unexpected breakup so I wasn't in the place financially to be able to afford much. I ended up calling Anthony from here, and we had an honest conversation about everything and he said two of his guys could do it for the VERY fair price he quoted me for. I was so SO thankful for finding him, and the two guys who came to move my stuff were very nice! Literally, got a 1-BR apartment amount of furniture done in maybe... 3 hours? It was awesome.
