Great workout, it flies by so I never dread going! You are in and out in less than 40 minutes - due to the “rounds” format, I feel like you can ask the trainer questions or ask them advice on form if you like, or if you like a more hands off approach, you can do that too. Convenient, fast, and fun!

Great Staff and a great workout! The facility is always clean. The owner Luke really pushes us when he is on site. Love the sparring he does with me. Only gave it 4 out of 5 because we still don't have our own gloves, and we aren't crazy about working out to hip-hop music.

I love that the workout changes every day and that there is always a trainer there to help. For someone who does not know much about exercise, it makes that part a lot easier on me! I also love how quick the workout goes by, and the fun yet challenging aspect of each workout.
