I have been leasing with this company since 2021. The customer service that I have been given is atrocious. Yes, I make late payments, but I do make my payments every month. And although I do appreciate them setting me up on payment arrangements, I can't stand how they talk to me. You don't always have to threaten to send out a truck to pick my stuff when I have already told you I will make a payment. I honestly prefer to have my account transferred to a different store.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator and have had several problems with it. While we were still paying the contract, they had no problem fixing it. We paid the contract out and was still being charged. That was rectified. We were told that we were paying for a warranty through our account. The refrigerator is not cooling, again. The freezer is defrosting, again. Called and spoke with Tim who basically states that we don't have a warranty, and that we'd have to deal with the appliance company that fixed it while still under contract. He said that it may be under warranty but couldn't tell me what was repaired to begin with. Unfortunately, we have to wait until Monday. Unfortunately, we will lose all of our food in our freezer and refrigerator by then and will more than likely have to pay out of pocket for a refrigerator that we've barely had a year. We don't have cheap food. Tim states that they originally purchased a 2 year warranty that's now expired, but it's out of their hands since they have all of their money from us. Tim also states that they have over a thousand stores nationwide and they all operate the same. I guess that helps him sleep at night. Shop at Lowes like we will next time. And don't buy a Samsung side by side refrigerator.

All I'm going to say is that I got 1 month behind due to a car accident that kept me out of work due to no fault of my own they started the harassing phone calls starting at 8:30 in the morning and then one evening they came to my house about 5:30pm I had just got home from work I hadn't even gotten on the payroll that good at work yet they came an took my bedroom suite I begged them not to take it to give me until I got paid he said NO!! We need a payment now or we are taking the furniture!! the management team knew of my situation and they still didn't care so guess what me and my 2 year old is now sleeping on the floor this place is bad news and I will never shop here again thanks alot Tim the store manager and James!!
