I've shopped with Arron's for years in other cities but this location is by far the best customer service l've ever experienced. The whole crew is extremely professional, always polite and eager to help you find exactly what you're looking for. They all deserve a 5 star rating as they go above and beyond to their jobs ! This store is a joke. The worker there LEON, is rude and threatened me and my husband. I will be paying a visit come Tuesday and addressing everything that happened. To say unprofessional would be an understatement and I won't b backing down from this. Also they sell used items for new prices and try to pass it off as new.

Was renting to own an account unit and fell behind on the payment so Aaron's was coming to pick it up. They got mouthy with my son and he ran them off without the ac. Why do they have to be so rude?

Most unprofessional location in Mobile, AL.
I’ve been attempting to reach “Jeff” to which his employees will not provide me with an email address. I have filed a complaint with the corporate locations and have yet to receive a response.

My refrigerator died and I came to find out that most big box stores do not have what you need or want in stock. Weeks to get another fridge?! I called Aarons and they had my new fridge delivered in two days! I was a first time customer and the process was super easy!
