I been 2 times trying get my money one time said to late The register was closed, but the store was open next time.They said they can't find the part in the computer are the are.The they can find the receipt.They can see where they sold it to me.But they can't give me a refund because they can't find the part in the computer ridiculous

Save yourself some time,money, and frustration; go across the street to Autozone. I went in today to pick up my online order. Stood at the counter for a minute. Tony never made eye-contact, finally asked what I needed and asked my name and told me it hadn’t came through yet. I asked how long it usually took to come through, he asked how long had it been (15 minutes) then aggressively I was told it could be an hour to come through. And the only order he had was for Ryan and I wasn’t Ryan…. So I went out to my car placed another order across the street within 2 minutes I was sent a text my order was ready. I assumed it had to be from advanced since it was so quick. Went back in was treated like I was stupid because I came back and said I got a notice that it was ready and it still wasn’t in his system. Then to top it off Tony called me rude. I was simply trying to pick up an order so I could get on with my day. How about ask me what I ordered, I would’ve just bought from the store and canceled the online order had I been treated like a human. Customer service is not the position for Tony. After looking at all the previous low reviews over the years specifically about him it is clear advanced auto parts does not care about the customer. Never have I ever been accused of being rude or treated so poorly at any store. I will never shop at Advanced Auto again.

The sales rep at the counter was more than helpful. He greeted me as soon as i entered and went and got my item for me he didn’t just tell me what isle and expect me to find it.

The staff was friendly, came in looking for a seat beat extender, all they had was a replacement seat belt for an older model vehicle, it did not fit my car's, so I came back 15 minutes later for a refund. I drive all over town, no one has one in stick anywhere, so looks like I will have to order it online, and I was really trying to avoid that.
