I went in there last Monday to look for a battery for my truck and the guy who attended me was racist I asked him about the battery and he acted like he didn’t understand just because I’m hispanic he also needs to take a shower because he stink.

I needed a 2cycle mix for my cultivator. Your establishment is 2 minutes from my home(very convenient). When I arrived, noone greeted me. There was only one associate helping someone, but as if I was a ghost. Not a deal breaker. However, I get my item and proceed to the checkout and waited for approximately 5 minutes. There was no, "One moment, someone will be with you in a moment." Then 2 associates came from the back, looked RIGHT at me and Never said one word. They both looked at me and continued to do whatever they were doing. I feel confident this is the Culture at your establishment and I will Not patronize my time or money with that location ever again. I am 52 and I have only taken my time write 2 complaints in my life cause it just wasn't so egregious or I felt it would not matter. Hint.......

We needed a new car battery at 7 pm last night and Jimmy helped us find the right battery and had a great work ethic and personality. We also returned the old battery right at 8 pm when they closed and he reopened the register so that we did not have to return the next day! Great service and great help! We will certainly use them again!
