I came in Saturday to buy cleaning supplies for my truck and I must say this store was amazing organized and clean the staff was great they was different than the other advance store I have went to in the past they all was smiling and was very helpful helping me find just the right products for my truck. I will definitely be back to this location.

My daughter needed a headlight bulb. They gave her the wrong one. She went back to exchange it and she took the burned out bulb with her so they could exchange the other one for the correct one. Again, wrong bulb. So her father went to exchange it. He got the right bulb. The employee was very nice and even put the bulb in to make sure it works.

So I want to call out Auto advance Parts on airport. Super racist. I was on the phone with my brother the whole time and Ms. Tish and her coworkers were discriminating against my brother because he was trying to return and replace his hose for a new one on his car. My brother was calm and respectful and did address the racism he felt from them. The lady told him that she needs a receipt because “she’s not sure if he picked it up off the street.” The barcode was still attached and also after speaking with the manager he was able to finally return. When I addressed her I first asked for her name and she said Tish. I also addressed the fact she was being rude and racist and she said that my brother was being rude which he was not. Also proceeded to contact the police when I told her that she was discriminating. Her older male Caucasian coworker chimed in and called me stupid and a Moron. This is very unacceptable and I don’t usually face issues like this but my brother is black living in Alabama and should not be supplemented to discrimination. Either they fix their system or I will no longer shop at auto advance parts. My brother has been working on a project regarding his car so he buys products there and other auto advance parts often. Also stated he’s had many issues with her previously. He will no longer return to that store but this issue needs to be addressed. Do not go to auto advance on Airport …

Normally, great place to go. People are friendly, helpful, all around wonderful. However, I don't understand why something is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, and I bought the same part that was the same part number and bring it back and since I haven't bought the parts TWICE in their system I can't get a replacement or my money.... Maybe someone could explain the system better, I'm very understanding, maybe the women who told me this was having some sort of bad day? You never know what someone has gone through that day.

These guys were very helpful and friendly. Online orders made for in store pick up usually take 30 mins to an hour which is great turnaround time, but mine was actually ready in less than 20 mins and right at closing time to boot. Thanks yall!
