Alabama Power is very nice with helpful employees. Employees went out of their way to help at the mawws kios machine and a tall Caucasian lady tellers was nice. The drive thru is always quick and the kiosk near the door is in & out 5 minz. The sales consultant is intelligent and well trained, sold a high tech refrigerator and stove at a great sale price for Thanksgiving. Customers the machine works great now and bills are paid fast. The most unfair organization overcharged customers and made computer errors, blaming customers and not accepting thier documents for them. Overall the work is fast and helpful.
