This is absolutely the worst power company we have had. The prices are absolutely outrageous. We have lived in multiple states, even in different areas of Alabama & never have we paid this high for electricity in our entire lives. We lived in homes bigger than what we live in now and never have we come close to what Alabama Power charges us. On their bills they don't show you that they actually charge you so much per killowatt then they charge you an additional fuel charge on top of that. Some of us are on a fixed income & budget our bills . The price you pay for electricity you can buy a car, something has to be done about this! They are taking advantage of people & ripping them off & it's not right.
