Alabama Steel Terminals is praised as the best organized and fastest port, with quick and friendly service. The security guards at the entry point were awesome and greeted drivers with a smile. The girl who loaded the truck was fast and knew how to load a truck full of aluminum. The process is simple: show TWIC and license, then go to 12th St and check in at the office trailer. Loading was super quick. Stevedores, foreman, and crane operators were great, and the Agents and Pilots were very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

    The two security guards women at the entry point where you drive in with an escorted. They were absolutely awesome. They greeted me with a smile and the really helped me out.     One of the best port experiences I've ever had. And Alabama Steel was extremely fast.

    For a place that requires a twic card these people were awesome, show twic and license and then go to 12th St take a right and office trailer to check in..super quick to load, great all around
