Every time I check out at Aldi, I am pleasantly surprised at my total. Always less than I expect once I start grabbing random things from the freezer section. I'm also a big fan of what others apparently see as a lack of customer service. I see it as an efficient, well-oiled checkout process. If you want a hug when you're checking out, go to Publix.

Thommya was a cashier today that was extremely rude just because I didn’t need her cart since I was not using a quarter, I was using my keys that’s made for Aldi use. She also THREW my groceries in the cart which smashed and shook everything up and didn’t acknowledge me when I said something. She also shoved the carts together outside so hard that none of the patrons could get a cart because they were stuck. I looked around for a manager but couldn’t find one. I’m not sure what her problem is but I literally won’t be back because of her.

I absolutely LOVE Aldi I do all my grocery shopping there. They have everything I need in one spot & its all very reasonably priced. All the employees are so nice, friendly & helpful.
