Duke was super great. They changed my air filter which had a lot of buildup from some past that got inside it was placing fluff in there. They were really friendly, quick, very professional.

Went from Saralands store cause they couldn't do what I needed today (and that is perfectly okay!) and ended up coming to the Moffett Road location where Mister Williams team took care of my car with ease (haha well as much ease as my Nissan Versa Note would give them.)
They were very sweet and made sure to answer any questions or comment on statements made and I felt very safe there despite me not being familiar with Mobile as a whole (Mobile makes me anxious)
So to the team on Moffett, YALL ARE AMAZING. May both sides of your pillows always be cold, and your days be amazing ♡

All the guys were nice and friendly even in the 92+°f heat. Very helpful! Kept a smile and asked if I had any other concerns with my car. Came for an oil change with be coming back for other work they perform. Tire rotation, coolant flush, a/c recharge. They do it all.
