I came in 4/9 to get a French tip manicure with my nails polished a nut colored white. The lady who usually does the toes did my nails since they were packed. She made several mistakes I asked for short nails she didn’t do them short enough the lady worked there said short she wants shorter(I always get short nails) second she used the wrong color of white then she polished them not so neat I told her she redid the polish so the other lady helped and did my tips. I looked at my hand noticed the polish was still not neat and rushed looking (they were at closing time I got there @ 4:30ish they close at around 6:00-6:30 I wanna say) a lady after me came went before me I’m not sure if she had an appt or not I didn’t ask just waited patiently. So after me saying I didn’t like my nails the polish wasn’t neat (only the French tips that the lady who helped did was neat) so the lady who originally was on my nails said give her 35$ just for full set and removed the polish told me to come back the next day which was 4/10 and the girl Kelly would finish (polish and French tip) so I came around 12ish on 4/10 Kelly was doing a customer manicure the lady who messed my nails up told her i was coming back to get my hands finished and I would pay 20$ for the polish and French tip which is 10$ more then I usually pay but no problem so they begin talking in their language and it seemed as if Kelly didn’t want to do my nails over her work she stated she has 3 appointments following the lady who she was already doing I asked what time is the next she said 1 which I took she didn’t want to do my nails because it wasn’t going to take 10 min to finish where the lady left off at the day before and the next appointment person wasn’t there yet I asked the lady who messed my nails up for a refund because I didn’t have time to mess around and I had to be to work at 2 but after me waiting about 30 min she finally gave me a refund because she knew Kelly didn’t want to finish her incomplete work after refunding me she told me to go somewhere else I said oh Iam I won’t never be back and she cut the nails off at the top didn’t take the acrylic off only the tip of the nail so I wouldn’t be leaving with a nail job that just needs polishing I was fine with that but she should’ve took the acrylic off my nails as well this was very unprofessional and she didn’t want to own up to her wrong even the lady that works there who tried helping the day before said my nails wasn’t neat and smooth. Usually the man does my nails (no problem) but he was busy and Kelly newly did them a couple weeks ago and they were very neat I was pleased. If I could give no star rating I would worst experience ever, ruined my whole day and plans I had ahead for 4/9 on my off day from work. The 1st picture is how my nails were finished but I have begun taking the acrylic off and the 2nd picture is how I wanted them.

I went to get a pedicure about 4 or 5 years ago. The owner, A Japanese lady told her young daughter to do my pedicure. She didn't want to do it. I dontvknow WHY??? They got in a argument. Long story short. My feet were done. I came bk next visit. The person purposely push on my foot in tender parts hurting me and my hands as well. I KNOW SHE TOLD HOM TO DO IT. So today, I was in a bind. I went in and ask for a pedicure, then I said, I just want a polish and cut. It was close to closing. The lady recognized me. The guy refused to put my feet up so I could be comfortable. HE WAS SITYING ON A SMALL NENCH HE COULD HAVE GOTTEN ON FOR ME!! I demanded that he do it. He got a small trashcan for me to put my feet on!! A dirty trash can!! I couldn't believe it!! She didn't say a word and let me leave. She's a dirty person. She talks over your head smoling and twlling her worker's to mistreat me. We shouldn't support her. I was mistreated 3 time's and for no reason!!

The women were nice but the quality of my nails are horrible! It was a waste of $40! It’s been a week since getting my full set and 3 nails have popped off and the rest just look awful. I wouldn’t say NOT to go here but just be mindful and speak up about what doesn’t look right and make them fix it.
