“Jarvis is the best maintenance man around. He’s top notch and takes care of all your needs. This man come to my apartment tonight at 9:30 to get both of my cats out of the wall because another company come and replaced my shower wall and wasn’t paying attention and they got inside the wall and I got home and couldn’t find them and well I heard them crying from inside the wall. And Jarvis wasn’t even home and he come to my rescue and got them out for me. I can’t thank him enough!!!”
“Haven't stayed here in about 4 years, and as my last review, nothing has changed. That's a good thing because everything was excellent, as was 4 years ago. Great staff, to the guys in valet parking. Great job. You certainly deserve more respect than what, hopefully, are only a very few give you. As I said 4 years ago to the ones that have any complaints, well, if you can't afford to stay at such a classy historical gem, then don't stay here. Excellent job, everyone.”

“I love living at Stoneridge apartments except for Management not following their own rules in the lease. I can not go to sleep until after 1:00 AM due to child upstairs running, stomping, jumping and falling down. I've spoken with Management about this. She said she warned me about the noise. I never imagined how loud and consistent that noise would be. She didn't say I would not be able to sleep.She still has responsibilities to provide peaceful safe atmosphereto all tenants. I now believe the dog who lives there is playing with the kid and helping make so much noise. Daytime noise would be ok. But not nigh time loudness after 9:00.I wish corporate office could do something about this. Phylis in office is absolutely great at all she does.I could not in good conscience recommend living here.”

“I LOVE living here. My experience has been nothing but great! The property manager went above and beyond to help me get moved in quickly. Move-in was smooth and I was welcomed home by a thoughtful welcome package, new carpet, vinyl hardwoods, fresh paint and modern appliances. I can't say enough about the maintenance crew. Any issues I've had (all minor), have been fixed ASAP, with care and repaired correctly. The property is well maintained, including the pool, and I appreciate that the complex isn't overwhelmingly large. It's like a little community. We even have fun, monthly incentives. I Highly recommend!”

“Very clean. Very nice. The entire apt isn't smart make sure you do a walk thru. Very nice people. Seems super safe. Cabinets are weak and thin very easily broken not level or even. Overpriced for sure. Probably one of the nicest places if not the most absolute place in mobile county owned by a company. $600 move in fee plus your deposit. $600 non refundable. Plus application fee. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath around $2200 a month plus power, gas, water trash. Don't expect perfection just because it's expensive. Beautiful place. Profound location.”
