Very bad service. Used to pay 60 a month. Now I pay over 200 a month for 2 phones. Manager was not willing to help. And all the associates are just focused on commission. I will be looking to moving soon

Ryan, Robert, and Ms. Jenn were fantastic. My phone was stolen and destroyed and they made the process of getting a new one super easy and convenient. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new phone.

Tech Repair Tech Jordan was amazing! She went above the call of duty to repair my phone. My charging port wasn't working and screen was cracked. She completed a deep inspection and discovered debris. She was able to clean it and fixed my phone! Keep it up Jordan you're making AT&T customers happy.

Wanda you are a rockstar at AT&T!
She got me all the way together by helping me get my account switched over. She also helped me with upgrading my phone and a little gift for myself which I’m demonstrating in the photos. It was well worth the wait because Wanda was so patient and was ready to answer any question I had. She anticipated my every need and checked on me often as we waited for updates. She’s definitely a customer focused and this is why I like AT&T. 🍏

Sales representative Laterrlyn S at this location put two features on one of my lines on my account (I'm the account holder) that my mother (authorized user) did not ask for and said no to. I was on the phone with my mom while she was in the store. She went in to upgrade her phone. My mom specifically told her she did not want the feature on the account, but we did not find out about the feature until I looked a summary of the bill after thr rep ordered the phone. Now we have to wait 30 freaking days in order for us to take the feature off. I would give the store zero Stars if I could. The manager was no help either. They are so sneaky. We told them we did not want insurance And you are supposed to ask the customer if they want any extra plans on the line but they did not ask. So they ended up putting the next plan on the line as well. We never wanted that and we never had it. Just BS.
