At&t is an awesome company to be a part of for all of your communication needs. I had an awesome and rewarding experience with one of their companies employees. The young lady was friendly, polite and professional. Excellent Customer Service.

The saddest excuse for an AT&T store, lies upon lies, and then when they mess up, you’ll be the one that is financially responsible. The manager consistently has an attitude when anything needs to be done to resolve simple issues. The manager seems to enjoy calling people dogs and disrespecting customers. Store hours clearly don’t apply to this location either, on 2 separate occasions they were closed before 7 P.M. must not be a bad gig if you can show up and leave when you want! It’s honestly amazing they’re functioning.

Went to this store because our usual location was out of a particular iPhone. The agent here changed our phone plan without permission and tried adding multiple accessories. Keep an eye on what is going on behind the counter if you chose to shop here and keep your defenses up for the high pressure sales tactics, or you'll end up on the phone with ATT for 2 hours fixing it.

My sister was mistreated at this store. I worked for AT&T for 5 years and never heard of an experience like this EVER. I personally called this location afterwards to discuss the experience and the manager Lenny intentionally hung up on me after I inquired what exactly happened. My sister attempted to do an upgrade on her phone at this location. The family account was flagged due to us attempting to add a new authorized user the day before (understandable). We called IN store (given the wrong phone number by store representative) and got the account cleared so we could proceed with upgrade. Once the account was cleared, we were told on the phone to tell store rep to refresh the account so the upgrade could be continued. At this point, the store representative asked “aren’t you going to do the upgrade online and just get the phone shipped to you?”. At this point, it was clear the workers did not want to work with us and perform the upgrade. We advised we wanted to continue the upgrade since the account was cleared and it was just going to be a simple trade-in upgrade on a single phone number that’s been established for a decade. The store rep went to the back room for an extended amount of time, came back out to sales floor, and started helping a new customer. This is the OPPOSITE of customer service and we will never be returning.

Non existent service at this location. Couldn’t get the clerk to help me she was on the phone, eating lunch and ignoring me like I wasn’t in the store. It’s embarrassing the standard that service has gone in this country but alas here we are a new world where everyone just expects to be given something for nothing. Save your time and energy and go to the handful of other ATT stores around town that appreciate your business.

Super nice and helpful staff.We went in because the switchover from Verizon was supposedly beneficial according to the home salesman when we signed up for fiber.Were promised picking up our phones at home and discounts that didn't end up working so after repeated calls and emails to the salesman (blown off when he was supposed to come back)we just decided to take them in to the store.They took a lot of time figuring out trade-in costs and plan, etc.Even to the point of escalating for us.Went above and beyond solving problems they didn't cause.Would recommend for sure.
