I want to thank Mrs. Barbara for having the time and patience with my daughter and I, I had so many questions about the phones, iPads and other things, she had the answer to them we got off the subject of phones for a while and god puts you in a place at the right time and that’s where she my daughter and I were suppose to be…..So thank you Mrs.Barbara for your customer service and beyond that.

July 31th 2023, I went in the store for cancel my husband phone number because he just passed away and I want to keep mine, everything going okay but a week later my phone cannot use it. Them say it's expired nedd to renew. And I went in the store again and tell them about that. Them said this number is your husband name you can't use it [my husband open 2 number phone under his name, one he used it and another one I used it and I don't know about that ] The staff tell me to buy new SIM card and create my own account. I told her I cannot lose my number I want to restore because that number I hook up with my bank account and my visa, etc, and I just applied for a job after my husband passed away. She doesn't have any good opinion just tell me I can't get it back because it's on my husband name. So after I came home I called to customer service and tell them about the story and them say I can recover it I still can keep his account or transfer to me. I walked in there again today, and tell them I want to keep my husband account or I want to use my old number, and the same woman she get a little mad and said I told you that's number is on your husband name you can't use its you don't have any benefitcailly to use it or come back on Friday to talk to the manager and I called to customer service again. The customer service ask her where is I old SIM card she said it shrade. And she say she can't understand me from yesterday and customer service not understand me either she say. How she can understand because she not listening. The customer service tell me to go back in there again on Friday to see the manager if the manager cannot figure it out just call to customer service and let them talk to the manager!! Or I have to bring my attorney with me. Whatever I need my old number

Eric Ifill is so awesome!! He was so helpful and patient working with my mom and dad from out of town over the phone. I worked with him when he came by my house on a sales call and then again in the office. He has such a charismatic personality!! We appreciated all his help and answering all our questions. Barbara helped me out so much she was and is a God send, I couldn't get help over the phone with customer service my husband passed away answering she knew just want to do to handle this Hotspot being returned and doing a transfer of my number to me. At&t you should be proud to have her.

Horrible staff and management. You'll call to ask if they have phones in stock at this store they will tell you yes. When you come in to buy it they say oh sorry no sir we don't have it in stock. The employee that makes minimum wage is so lazy and ignorant they can't even do there job right. She didn't even get up to see if they had it in the back. Never had a good experience and will be changing phone services. Also at&t internet is horrible. The worst to be offered.

Worst customer service ever. My daughter went in to upgrade her phone, the employee attempted to set up her phone and asked what her passcode would be. He put it in wrong and now no one knows the code and the phone is locked. She was told there was nothing they could do and she would have to go to Best Buy and pay to get the phone unlocked. She payed 300 for the phone and is locked out. These people DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BEWARE!!!!!
