Review for the Children's Clothing Boutique at 207 Dauphin St, Downtown Mobile, AL 36602⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I've frequented this gem in downtown Mobile multiple times, and each visit is always a delight. Located conveniently at 207 Dauphin St, this boutique shines brightly amidst the local offerings, celebrating the essence of childhood fashion. For those with young princesses in their lives, like my niece who's particularly fond of dresses, the choices here are abundant. From Sunday church attire to whimsical princess dress-ups, there's a piece for every little dreamer. But it's not just for the girls; the boutique also offers a smart collection of boys' suits that are just as charming.Recently, I ventured in search of a onesie for my 8-month-old nephew and was pleasantly surprised by the cute designs available. They indeed cater to all age groups and ensure quality across the board. What elevates the experience at this boutique is not just the diverse range of clothing but the owner's genuine passion and dedication. On my last visit, while purchasing a princess dress and shoes for my niece, it was the owner's thoughtful suggestion to add a tiara to complete the ensemble. Such attention to detail and genuine care for customers' needs is a rarity these days.To sum it up, if you're in Mobile and seeking children's clothing that's both stylish and reasonably priced, look no further than this boutique on Dauphin St. A locally-owned treasure that truly understands the joy of dressing up the little ones! -Kyle Malmay, Realtor, Roberts Brothers Mobile

My mother and I love going to boutique stores for children, I have a boy and a girl; and my mother has 3 additional grandchildren. While my mother looked for parking, my daughter and I went next door to get popcorn and nuts. My daughter did not see the no food or drink sign (she just started reading, so idk if she would have understood). When I saw her try to take a bite of the popcorn, I immediately reprimanded her and told her to put it away, as she was trying to close the bag shut, she accidentally spilled a handful on the floor. I was very upset and told her she was to pick each and every piece without leaving a trace. The lady that came down the stairs didn't even formally greet us. She basically asked, "What are you looking for? What is she doing?" And walked straight to my daughter. When she saw the few cornels left, she kicked us out of the store. Now, I have held many jobs where I have had to ask customers to follow the rules, and never once have I had to be rude to anyone while doing it. This lady simply flipped out hands in the air "thats food you need to leave right now! Leave it there just leave. " Of course, I did not leave it there. We finished picking up, no trace left. The lady didn't even know where to vacuum as she headed to where she had dropped them. No other words were uttered, just a face of disgust as she continued to vacuum in the general direction of where we had been. Whats sad is that they truly have some things I would have loved to purchase, but I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Ok so my dumbass decided to wear super uncomfortable heels on the streets of Mobile and I was DYING. After a bout of bad luck I limped my way into this store (presenting as a hot damn mess) and MONICA was a beautiful caring kind angel. She saw me and went into MAMA BEAR mode and helped me find a pair of comfy (flat) shoes to finish my day off with. She even gave me socks and let me toss those pure evil sparkly death shoes into her trash. She spent a good amount of time making sure I was happy and comfy and left wishing I lived in this town just so I could visit her again.

Always a great shopping experience. I've been doing business here for years, when my niece was born and now she's 23. Great customer service as usual.

I try extremely hard to support local businesses and after 3 visits and purchases well over $1000 for my 5 grandkids, I tried to return unworn dresses that my granddaughters in another state did not like. The owner said there is only a 10 day return policy! As I was trying to explain my granddaughters lived out of town and did not make over until a couple of weeks ago, her phone rang and she began to make personal plans for her Saturday evening!!!! I left the dresses there and will NEVER walk in those doors again.I didn’t want a refund and had planned on exchanging for something even FULL price but she really didn’t care, she was more interested in her Saturday night life!Hope she had a good time that evening.

After frantically searching for little girl pageant dresses, I’m just one stop away from driving all the way to pcola to look, stopped here on a whim, and very thankful I did!! She has literally everything for pageants. Down to the hair clips. And she made my baby girl feel like a princess! And gave me great advise and tips, without over selling. She was great!!

Great shop for Petites and children's clothes. Dress, casual, special occasions and just a feel good shop for all. I fell in love with the classy boys apparels. A caring owner that truly aims to please and satisfy your quest for dressing for success.

Great items to choose from instead of the big box stores. Monica was excellent help in picking out all the outfits for family pictures.

I have shopped here several times and have always been treated wonderfully by Mrs. Monica. I enjoy doing business with her and her family. They are all great people and I have never been disappointed with any of the items I've purchased. I highly recommend this establishment.

I would go lower if I could. The long brown old lady with the brownish hair is rude and hateful especially when you don't buy what she recommends. Told her what we wanted and she said it was a harsh color and she couldn't believe anyone would want that. First I didn't ask for her input or opinion and be glad I'm a professional or she would have got what she deserved. No wonder she always has the same stock. If you are a customer I can assure you that you want be back. She's a bitter well past her prime d beauty queen that needs a really beauty to teach her some manners and respect. If you do dare to shop there check the thread in the clothes since it is probably dry rotted.

I went in with my daughter to find her a dress I knew exactly what I was looking for and tho she did have some nice ones I only found one that I liked so I asked her if we could try it on and she said "sure we will try it on right here" (in the middle of the store) my daughter who is 5 asked if she meant she had to take her clothes off in the middle of the store? I told her no we could just try it on over her clothes and the Lady ( Im guessing the owner) told her no she needed to take her clothes off. So I told her I wasn't comfortable with that cause there was cameras in the store and I wasn't going to let my daughter get naked in front of them. So she proceeded to tell me that the cameras wouldn't see her there.. Really? like I'm suppose to believe that! So i told her no she could try it over her clothes or I would take her to a fitting room and she could change. But instead of telling me she didn't have a fitting room she made up the excuse that "no she needed to help me put the dress on her." So i suggested that she could come to the dressing room with us, and of course she said "no we can just do it here cause no one was in the store." So yet again I told her "no shes not getting undressed right here" THEN she finally said she didn't have a dressing room. So I told her "okay then she can try it over her clothes." So of course she told me no she wasn't going to do that and started putting the dress back on the hanger and started to yell at me and told me "I knew you weren't going to buy the dress anyway." Excuse me?? I had the money to purchase a dress from wherever I went. and I told her that and she told me she didn't care she wasn't going to sell me the dress to leave her store.. Are you freaking kidding me?? How is it okay that my daughter and I get treated like that cause i wouldn't let my 5 year old get undressed in the middle of the store with cameras all around?? why was she so eager about getting my daughter to take her clothes off? Why did she get so mad as to start yelling at us because I wouldn't let my daughter take her clothes off?? That was the most unprofessional I have ever been treated and my daughter got in the car crying thinking that it was her fault. I will never go back her and I don't suggest anyone else to either! An if you decide not to take my advice please keep a eye out for your babies.!!
