I was quoted a price, went in for my appointment. When they were finished, I was told the amount and it was $100 more than what I was quoted on the phone. I questioned the lady about the price difference and she got very sarcastic and rude and stated she had no say so over the price. Only after my hesitation to pay what she said, did she attempt to contact a manager. Again she was flat out rude and arrogant. They eventually agreed to charge me the amount I was quoted. Even though I did get a fair price. I will not be a returning customer due to the arrogance and rude person that I dealt with. I'll go down the street to a competitor and most likely pay more. If you go here, be sure to get your quote in writing.

I was able to get in right away, the employees were very polite and they had my windshield repaired in about 30 minutes. Hope I won’t need they again but they are my go to if I do.

Excellent service! Rear window was busted on Friday afternoon. Even though the replacement glass was not in stock they were able to have the new installed by lunch on Monday (for $20 less than their competitor on the beltline). I would use again.
