I made an appointment for Thursday at 2:00pm. Got to the appointment and it was for 1 1/2 hours. When we got there the lady told me they were short staffed and they will be closing at 5:30 and to be there on time to pickup my truck. She called at about 4:00 and said they weren't going to get to my truck and when I said I'll just come pick it up and go somewhere else she put me on hold and said they would get to it and to be there at 6. We show up and she rushed us out the door and pulled off before we even got to the truck. I've used them before and the experience was good but this time was horrible. I probably won't be back. This was a horrible customer service experience. Wasted an entire off day for it.

Right after I left and stopped for gas, I went to clean some debris off my dash from the windshield replacement I realized there was something on the glass. Went to wipe it off and it was a scratch. Almost like a gouge. After looking carefully I then realized there were a few other areas and also a scratch or something on the inside. So about 5 damaged spots total. Drove all the way back there hoping they could make it right but they aren’t able to replace it again until next week. So unfortunately I’m going to have to take more time off, and I’ve already paid over $300 out of pocket for the replacement (didn’t go though insurance). Hoping next week there are no issues with the new replacement. The receptionist was very polite and I had no complaints about her.Service: Auto windshield repair

I took two cars there. One for reapair and new wipers - excellent service & price. The other for a replacement windshield. They were not offering service at my house but the work was fine and quick and the price worth taking it there.

A month after replacing a windshield on my Subaru WRX at a different company up in Montgomery, the rubber gasket around my windshield came loose. Brought the vehicle in to Auto Glass Now and they not only fixed it quickly, but they also did not charge me for the repair. Thank you very much...you have earned my future business. Five stars!

Y'all this place is awesome. My rear view window fell off and I initially called Toyota and they said they couldn't take care of it that day. This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received and seen. This is my first experience buying a car and I brought my dad with me to do the heavy lifting. He was purchasing the car for me but wanted me to see the ins and outs. We drove an hour to finalize a purchase on a bronco where we met Ron who was absolutely amazing and welcoming and accommodating. He was the only part of this whole experience that was enjoyable and informative I cannot recommend him enough, he was knowledgeable and personable.We ran into a hiccup with payment which was frustrating, and those frustrations were voiced to grant, and the used car manager. When we had finally reached some what of an understanding and went to a separate room to do paperwork the finance manager (grant). My dad can be a lot and with it being a frustrating situation he had admitted to being rude and said he understood why the payment wouldn't be taken but that he hoped they could see how it was frustrating to us. However, to that we received ANOTHER speech on why they wouldn't which was not what was needed, a simple "I understand, it's just what I have to do" whether that's what he thought or not was needed. Regardless we continued through paperwork. At one point my dad left the room where grant talked to me about how much I would drive the car and I was unaware it was his way of asking about an extended warranty as that was not the words that were used. When my dad returned grant asked him about the extended warranty and he said no. For some reason that was enough to set him off as we were then met with the remarks. Once again instead of staying calm as any person working in customer service should do he resorted to rude remarks such as "I don't have to sell this car to you", "I would rather be home with my family than deal with you", and "I'm asking your daughter since it is her car and not yours" to my dad who was the one PAYING for the car therefor all financial decisions are rightfully his, something he and I had discussed and I had never argued. I simply wanted to sit in to watch and instead was put into the middle by a salesperson who probably didn't even know my name because he never asked. .Conflict management is a part of customer service and is something that obviously this company has no desire to train their employees on. As someone who has worked sales, you're not going to like everyone you sell things too, and you're not going to agree with decisions they make as far as what packages or additional frills they decide to go with but ultimately it isn't your job or place to voice that to a customer whether that customer had been rude or not.My dad ultimately walked out on the deal due to extra costs. However, I was ready to walk out on this car after I watched grant talk to my dad the way he did.My first car buying experience ended in a tearful exit from the dealership from how they treated and talked to my dad who had done everything he could to provide me with a car I had been wanting for months, including sitting in the dealership after I had left with rude people to try and make me happy while also not breaking his bank. Something no one except our car salesmen seemed to have any understanding or simpathy for. You can never make everyone happy but you can at least be respectful of people's decisions as you try. They instead blamed my dad for all that occurred and took zero accountability. They had no desire to try to make a sale which is incredibly surprising since their job is to sell cars. My guess, because they know they can sell a highly sought after car to someone else. No loyalty.I wish I could give this 0 stars, I hope you find this useful.
