“I have had a NIGHTMARE of an experience with my Acura dealing when a repair that was botched by another shop. They originally pointed the finger at Acura for the issues, which later was proven that Acura had done everything right. After tons of headache and back and forth, they have been so helpful in easing my stress with the situation. I can't say enough about the service manager and the service technician who worked on my TLX. It was to the point where I was having to sue the other shop for negligence, and Acura was able to provide me with videos and images as they took apart the poorly done repairs to make sure I had everything I needed to fight my fight. They have completely restored my that in the brand itself, but more than that, in honesty of dealerships and shops in general. I've learned a hard lesson through all this, and definitely won't be going anywhere else in the future to have my work done. It's worth paying a little more to have it done right the first time. 10/10 recommend their service department to everyone through. Good, honest people who treat you like you matter.”

“Service Manager, Jody, and Service Clerk, Chelsea, were exceptional when I had an "on trip" emergency. Jody went above and beyond to be sure my camper was road-worthy and safe after having wheel-bearings seize and explode to the point that my wheel was smokng/ burning ? by the time I was notified by another driver (I couldn'tsee the smoke in my mirror until I was practically stopped). Many thanks for the anonymous driver who alerted me. Luckily I had a gallon of water in my truck that I put out then fire with. At that point, liiterally, the wheel was just sitting on the spindle and, of course, couldn't be driven from where I was pulled over.While the wheel was was fixable in just a few hours, Jody spent the rest of the day repairing all the damage done by a shister towing company, that lied and said they knew how to load a camper onto a flatbed tow-truck. Thr towing damages made up 2/3rds of the total repair bill. (Needless to say- Never use Gibby's Towing in Mobile, AL.)A huge THANK YOU to Jody and Blue Compass RV for getting me back on the road safe and sound.And, since they have 108 RV centers around the nation, they will now be my permanent go-to for all things RV!”

“Friendly staff and knowledgeable.I looked all over Mobile trying to find a battery for a cell phone with no luck. I went here and I showed the counter man the battery. He said, "How many do you want?" From now on this will be my first stop when looking for a battery.Update - Took a battery to them for testing. It was one I purchased there. They did 2 tests on it. One test was to check the voltage. The second test was a "load" test. The battery tested good both times. I felt they really knew what they were doing and just didn't want to sell me a battery. “Springhill Toyota saved me $8,000! Another Toyota told me I had dye put into my Prius's a/c, and I would need the entire a/c replaced to get cold air. They quoted me right under $10,000. We took it to Springhill Toyota and they showed us the internal scans that showed no dye in the a/c. Springhill Toyota fixed my a/c completely for $1,900. Ryan, the assistant service manager, got me a rental car while my Prius was being fixed. Walter, Ryan, and Blake were all top notch individuals to work with. I felt like everything was explained and was handled ethically and honestly. I have drive over Mobile Bay, past Eastern Shore Toyota, to get to Springhill Toyota and I will continue to go to Springhill!”
